We are Green Meadow Group. We are a custom home builder located in Tampa, Florida, with a secondary location in Cape Coral. We build homes in the southern Florida markets, predominately in the Tampa, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, greater Orlando, and surrounding areas.

Oh yes, we mean custom! While we do have plenty of pre-built floor plans to choose from, we are equally excited to help make your dream home become a reality! We're more than happy to create the perfect floor plan for you, or make alterations to one of our existing plans! It is our goal to provide you with the best care, service, and support possible in order to build your perfect home.
